So Little Time, So Much to Do

I have not made time to do any new vinyl designing for so long there for I have not posted any new designs. Hopefully that will change next week. It has just been so busy around here. We went to the condo in St. George last weekend and since we have been back we have been trying to get our house ready for new carpet. Who knew getting carpet was such an ordeal. We practically have to move out of our house. Which makes sense, since all of the furniture in the house is on carpet. We are also trying to finish any painting or anything home improvments that make a mess before the carpet gets in. We re-finished our wood floor and sanded down our entire banister and painted it. We really wanted to stain it a darker stain but man what a pain in the butt. We ended up painting it. I wasn't to happy about it but now that it is done I think it looks so GREAT. Of course mom will ask me over and over again, "How could you cover up that nice oak wood with paint?" Anyway we are having our carpet installed on Monday and before then we have to have all the furniture removed from the rooms that will be getting the new carpet (that is every room in the house excluding the basement, bathrooms and kitchen) so we have a lot of furniture to move. We also have to remove all doors from the rooms that will be getting carpet and we have to pull up the old carpet and padding. It's like we are moving out.

I also have found a great interest and addiction in digital scrapbooking. So far I haven't done much scrapbooking but have spent a lot of time educating myself on Adobe Photoshop. I think you have to have a degree to use that software. However it is the coolest software ever. I love it. You can do so much with it. I have spent hours on you tube and Kayla's website (www.thelegacylady.com) watching tutorials on photoshop. There is so much to learn and so much you can do with this program. I still have only scratched the surface of it all.

On top of all that Jeremy has quit his job with Mountain View and has decided to go full time with Guardian and sharing his excitment about the Infinite Banking concept and Becoming your own banker. I am so glad Travis introduced us to this concept of saving, and investing. I just wished we had learned about it sooner.

Well that's all folks. I am going to copy and paste this to my other blogs so don't bother reading it twice.

Please forgive the spelling errors and lack of punctuation. It's late and I'm tired and don't feel like editing this.
